DESCRIPTION: * WHAT...Snow expected. There is a likelihood of moderate winter weather impacts. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 5 inches, with 6 to 10 inches in the mountains. * WHERE...I-90 East Missoula to Bearmouth, Highway 83 Seeley Lake to Condon, and Highway 200 Bonner to Greenough. * WHEN...From 2 AM to 5 PM MST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...For MODERATE winter weather impacts, expect disruptions to normal activities. Hazardous traveling conditions. Use extra caution while driving. Closures and disruptions to infrastructure may occur. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning commutes.

Cirrocumulus clouds form at high altitudes (usually around 5 km)
and have distinguishing characteristics displayed in a fine layer of
small cloud patches. These small cloud patches are sometimes referred to as
"cloudlets" in relation to the whole cloud formation.
Cirrocumulus clouds are formed from ice crystals and water droplets. Often, the
water droplets in the cloud freeze into ice crystals and the cloud becomes a
cirrostratus cloud. Because of this common occurrence, cirrocumulus cloud
formations generally pass rapidly.
