DESCRIPTION: ...The National Weather Service in Fort Worth has issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Texas... West Fork Trinity River Near Boyd affecting Wise County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...West Fork Trinity River near Boyd. * WHEN...From this morning to late tonight. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Minor overbank flooding is expected. Farm and ranch land adjacent to the river will flood, and a few rural roads may be affected. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:15 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 16.5 feet. - Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 7:15 AM CDT Tuesday was 16.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage this afternoon and continue falling to 9.6 feet Sunday morning. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 16.5 feet on 05/28/2016. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Cirrocumulus clouds form at high altitudes (usually around 5 km)
and have distinguishing characteristics displayed in a fine layer of
small cloud patches. These small cloud patches are sometimes referred to as
"cloudlets" in relation to the whole cloud formation.
Cirrocumulus clouds are formed from ice crystals and water droplets. Often, the
water droplets in the cloud freeze into ice crystals and the cloud becomes a
cirrostratus cloud. Because of this common occurrence, cirrocumulus cloud
formations generally pass rapidly.
